For a long time, I thought the way I felt was normal: stressed, overwhelmed, always holding everything together for everyone else. I didn't realise how disconnected I'd become because I assumed that's just what life felt like.

I actually came to Spinal Flow and breathwork because I wanted to help other people, not because I thought I needed help myself. I could see how many people were struggling quietly beneath the surface, and I felt drawn to support them.

But somewhere along the way, I noticed something shifting in me too. I felt calmer, more present, and more connected to myself. That's why I do this work today.

What is Spinal Flow?
